If you have at least 4 years work experience, where one year of which is in one or more of the following occupations, your application may be prioritized:

OF course each application is different, there will be some who has less experience but will already be eligible for processing.

This is just a quick post to inform you of the said list of 38 occupations. For those who filed after Feb 27, 2008 whose occupations are included on the list, it's not the end of the world yet. I will be publishing future posts that will put into detail the occupational titles for the above listed list.
