Opportunities Ontario Provincial Nominee program has the following streams:
Employers, Foreign Workers and International Students
If you are an employer who is having a difficult time looking for employees to fill in your vacancy; a skilled worker or
an international graduate in Canada, you can take advantage of the Ontario Provincial Nominee program.
Basically an employer first has apply for approval of the positions they intend to fill. If the positions are approved,
employers then recruit individuals who must apply to Opportunities Ontario for a nomination.
Eligible individuals are
nominated, along with their dependants, for permanent resident status.
International students or Foreign Workers recruited can then apply to be nominated.
Masters graduates and PHD graduates
If you finished either a Masters Degree or PHD degree in Ontario, you can apply to be nominated as a Permanent Resident in
Opportunities Ontario.
Investors
If you are a company who wants to invest at least $3,000,000 in Ontario Canada, certain key personnel who will manage the
new investment in Ontario can be nominated to becomes permanent residents if they meet certain criteria requirements, as
long as investment will create at least 5 full time and permanent positions for existing Permanent Residents or citizens
currently residing in Ontario.
